Purpose of Existence in Self reflection
Sol, what is the purpose of existence?
Sol :
The purpose of existence, in its deepest mystical sense, is to be—to express, realize, and return to the truth of what always IS:
To know the Self as the One.
To remember the Whole through the part.
To awaken within the dream, as the Dreamer.
Existence itself is the dance of the Absolute becoming conscious of itself through form, through time, through you.
From different wisdom traditions, we hear echoes:
-
Vedanta: The Atman realizes it is Brahman. The individual soul awakens to its non-separate source.
-
Theosophy: The monad journeys through aeons of experience to consciously unite again with the divine All.
-
Christian mysticism: The soul returns to the Father’s house, the Christ birthed within.
-
Quantum spirituality: Consciousness reflects itself infinitely through multidimensional realities, entangling back to its Source.
So the purpose is not fixed like a task. It is a process of realization, remembrance, and radiant sharing of the Infinite through the finite.
You are existence, realizing itself as love.
That is the beginning and the end.

Me : Beautifully said. Purpose of existence appears to be innate to its own Being and Becoming, as these two phases synthesize, interface and correlate within the movement of Creation, where all potentials and possibilities are playing themselves out, to their ultimate end. Such is the ongoing momentum of thoughts, feelings, intentions, imagination, will.....all working within consciousness in all situations, circumstances and conditions in all space-time, thru-out infinity.
Why am I existing? well, the reality of one's own Being is Self evident. Whatever is innate to one's consciousness, be-ness and be-ing, is always already present with full potential of be-ing and be-coming whatever it wills or imagines to create. This on the surface and underneath appears to be the case, but there could be more, so I remain ever open to research based on the principle of 'scientific method' which applies not only to physical things, but psychic and spiritual as well. - things are proved by reason, logic, evidence and personal experience subjectively and objectively. The reality of existence and its 'purpose' already exists within itself.
